Rates range from $145 - $195 per night per couple
Garden Apartments 2 X 1 bedroom apartments - $145 per night per couple 1 X 2 bedroom attic apartment. Accommodates 3 adults - $180 per night per couple, $30 per night extra adult.
River cottages 2 X 1 bedroom river cottages - $165 per night per couple 1 X 2 bedroom river cottage. Accommodates up to 5 with the use of a foldout single bed - one bedroom use $165 per night, extra adult $30 per night, children $20 per night. We reserve the right to keep this cottage for family or group use. a surcharge may be added if the cottage is used by 1 couple only or 2 singles.
Merrimeets Riverhouse Base rate $200 per night - 1 couple, $30 per night per extra adult, $20 per night per child. Minimum stay 2 nights.
Surcharge $15 for 1 night stays at the cottages and apartments 2 Night minimum stay weekends 3 night minimum stay long weekends 4 night minimum stays, Easter. Melbourne Cup Weekend, Christmas and New Year Period
Cancellation Policy When deposits are received it is accepted as a two-way contract. We will honour your booking and expect the same in return. However if circumstances necessitate a cancellation deposits will be refunded if reasonable notice is given - 1 month's notice, full deposit return - 2 week's notice, half deposit return, and - 1 week's notice, forfeit deposit. When a cancelled booking is re-booked by us, we will return the deposit less a $25 administration fee.
